What does this program entail?

The program starts with a 3-to 5-minute health assessment. You will then be able to explore resources that are tailored to your assessment responses. The program will show you how to get started with the resources that are most relevant to you.

How is this different from other wellness programs?

This is not a traditional wellness program that focuses on exercise and step counts. This program is designed to give you help in 4 key areas of well-being: Physical, Mental, Social, and Financial. It can guide you to the right resources and give you relevant, actionable steps to take to make meaningful improvement in each of these key areas. This guidance includes clinical-level assessments and expertise.
